Update: 09/08/2008 Finally! Login, registration and all community features are now enabled. We have fixed all the issues now. We will closely monitor the site and lookout for any issues moving forward.

Hi Guys,

We are experiencing massive loads on our application and db servers. As a result the performance on the site can be really slow at times. We are actively working, right now!, to better load balance this massive load. Rest assured, things should resolve to normal pretty soon.

We just wanted to let our users know that we are aware of the performance issues and are working on it as we write this post. In the meantime, to offload some of the load & make the performance a bit better, we have disabled some of the features like login, registration & tracking musical history for all users.

We will continue to work actively till this issue is resolved. Sorry for inconvenience caused.

Update: We are back up

Hi Guys,

We had a server crash today as a result of which a few user uploaded pictures & all user uploaded thumbnails got deleted from our servers

We are currently working on recovering the lost data from our hard drives. This might take a few days as we are sending the hard drive over to the experts to work on this. We might be successful in getting the data back or we might lose it.

In the mean time our musical life should move on. We request and encourage our users to please re-upload their profile pictures and SmartList pictures in the meantime…

Lets make Dhingana colorful again.
