About Dhingana Team
No, we are not Jerry-David duo or Larry-Sergey buddies. We haven’t started Dhingana as a PhD thesis nor do we run our company in a garage. But we don’t deny the possibility of being one!
We, bunch of engineers think that the technology with a pinch of creativity can make the difference to the way people enjoy music over the web. The only asset we can declare now is our creativity!
If creativity is an intellectual response to the problem, then absence of problem leads to an absence of creativity. And we have numerous problems to solve so that we can make life of our users and our community a bit easier.
Thus our relentless hard work and so the creativity is bound to make Dhingana, the most convenient, the most adaptive and the most user-friendly online music service.

There are couple of sites which plays online music.
But what sets your work apart is that there is no annoying ads getting in the way, no pop-ups, no trojans and pure pleasure!
Well i have a suggestion for you. It would be great if if you could embed the player in the home page itself. Your ads will get more screen time and more user pleasing as it will reduce a window. Pandora.com has done a good job on it. Check it out.

First of I would congrate u for making this number one musical site which is pure having no pop up containing virus..and very easy to handle for ordinary people….the popularity of this site is increasing day by day….the number of increasing smartlists and voting for smartlists indicates it….right?????still I have some suggestions to improve the performance coz I have handeled almost all musical site…(being very musical and very much fond of music…..)
The main thing that I have noticed that Pop music collection is very poor it needs some improvements and additions as well….
aslo the search crieria should be like google toolbaar search….as u all are engineer u must be knowing that technology…..
and many more things I would like to discusswith u…

NB: If possible look into the possibility of improving the player. It will add to the listening experience of users. You could:
1.Add a Graphics Equalizer giving the user of playing around with sound effects.
2.Add a shortcut to integrate with the desktop. Something like “Desktop-Player”.

I would like to listen a ghazal album named as ‘SURAHI’.The Singer name is ‘Vishal Goswami’.this album realeased on 1987 by T-Series.I did search this many times but i didn’t get it.Can u add this ghazal album in the list.

I desperately searched youtube for Quality Marathi Songs but had no luck. I didn’t search web coz many sites are either too obscene or full of malware/spyware. It was then that I got to know about this site from a youtube user.

I like this site a lot, but recently I have experienced that latest music is not available on this site. For example, music for hit films like “Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi”, “Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na”, “Om Shanti Om” etc is not available here, which is very disappointing.
My firm believe is that real engineer is only real creator and practionar of art,Science and Technology.Excellent efforts and excellent results. I believe you may be still adding more and more old songs as well(Hindi,Marathi).
I was looking for song Dil se tujhko be dili hai .The song is by Mukesh and I believe it is from an old film Yahoodi.
Search returned no results.Now My data Mining is continued and i am searching all Mukesh Albums and songs.Hope you are able to make use of info and help me as well.Thanks.

1> Need top notch sound quality ex: saavn.com
2> Speed & Availability of web application
3> Access to usage data via API Ex: List of top songs (& related stats ex: views , ratings etc) in each category via API
4> Add song discussion feature. Let people start discussing song rather adding than “i love this song” type comments. Differentiate between discussing and commenting
5> real time web feature
who else is listening to same song right now
6> Please stick to music - Dont add photo/video features. Less is more
7> Facebook connect integration
