Eros International unveils the First Look of ‘ALADIN”

Also launches promotions in association with Godrej to bring the magic of Aladin this Diwali

Amidst much glamour & fanfare, Eros International revealed the first look of their forthcoming film ‘Aladin’ yesterday at Taj Lands End, Bandra.

Mr.Biren Ghose from Eros International, along with Director Sujoy Ghosh and actors Riteish Deshmukh & Jacqueline Fernandez introduced the Aladin promo to the press fraternity, which was followed by a loud & cheerful applause.

The production house also announced a mega tie-up with Godrej Appliances to launch the Godrej-Aladin ‘Make A Wish’ offer. This is one of the biggest possible consumer promotion schemes in India where 3 major wishes of the Indian consumers could be granted on purchase of Godrej appliances this festive season:

Godrej will also be sharing a part of their revenues from this offer to the ‘Make-A-Wish-Foundation’.

About ‘Aladin’

Starring Amitabh Bachchan as Genius - The Genie, Riteish Deshmukh as Aladin and Sanjay Dutt as 'Ringmaster', Aladin is a contemporary look at the classic fairy tale where Riteish plays the title character.

'Aladin' also marks the debut of Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandes who is paired opposite Riteish.

Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, Aladin is the story of a boy who faces ridicule at every stage of his life because he shares his name with the protagonist of the famous fairy-tale. In the film, Aladin is a shy, young man, constantly bullied by a certain gang of boys in his college. He secretly loves his classmate Jasmine (Jacqueline) but never musters the courage to tell her about it.

The music of the film is composed by talented duo Vishal & Shekhar. 'Aladin' is produced by Eros International in association with Sujoy Ghosh’s production company Boundscript.

With the grand canvas and the mounting of the film, ALADIN promises to be a visual extravaganza.
